Meet Luke Richards - Founder
Following spending 5-year terms of service in the Royal engineers and subsequently, the London Fire Brigade; Luke began his journey in business in 2015 founding London Tree Care Ltd, in the years to come, he acquired Terra Firma Landscapes London Ltd in February 2020.
Terra Firma Landscapes came with 5 employees and Luke grew it to 35 employees, complete with a systemised, layered hierarchy. Then he bought Japanese Knotweed Eradication Ltd in 2023, co-founded Dynamital Ltd and founded Prospera Coaching in early 2024. Luke then formed the Intrepidus Group, with all companies operating independently, under the Intrepidus banner, utilising a central management system.
Luke has extensive experience in tailoring business strategies for start-up and established businesses, focussing of the achievement of goals of the owners/directors.
